Location: Meet at 7/11 located at Donlands Rd & Danforth Ave
Attention all Hellines!
We encourage all of you to come out and parade with the HSA of Ryerson as we walk along the Danforth, showing pride celebrating Greek OXI Day which is every year on October 28th (however, the parade is always celebrated on a Sunday in Toronto). Traditionally, we walk with the GSA of U of T, HSA of York, and the HSA of McMaster. Meeting place will be in front of 7/11, located at Donlands and Danforth – Just look for all the HSA/GSA students!
For all members who decide to come out to the parade, lunch will be on us! Meet after the parade on the Danforth, most likely at Megas Restaurant for free lunch (seafood and meat platters). Also worth mentioning: for all members who come out, you will receive TWO stamps on your Membership Card.
Please don’t forget to wear your HSA sweaters! For those of you who do not own a sweater and would like one, we are selling them for $45. Come by the HSA Office (SCC-B23) on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 between 2:00 – 5:00 pm, or Wednesday, October 27, 2010 between 12:00 – 3:00 pm. If the above office hours are not suitable for you, please send one of your HSA Executives an email/message and we can arrange another day for pick-up. So please, don’t be hesitant to buy a sweater to support your HSA and fellow Greeks.
